Imagine a guy who had an impressive collegiate career at Stanford University racking up first team All America honors as a junior and leading his team to 3 NCAA tournament appearances before leaving school for the NBA. Now this same young man was the 6th overall pick in the 2004 NBA draft and is averaging double figures in "The League" after 4 seasons. Still following? To make a long story short he's good...not great but good. And "he" is Atlanta Hawks swingman Josh Childress...excuse me former Hawks swingman Josh Childress whom recently signed a 3-year $32.5 million contract to play for Olympiakos in Greece! Is he crazy...that's a possibility...but he's smart...he called the Hawks bluff and now he's reaping the rewards overseas...What's your take? Is it smart for players to play overseas for more money? Or is the exposure in the NBA worth more than the monetary rewards of hooping in another country?

Man Josh Childress is smart as hell. He's getting 10 million a year! He ain't worth that in the NBA. Go to Greece, learn some greek, get rich and fine yourself a nice Greek girl to spend all that money on....
There's no place like home, after a few lonely months I think the $ may not feel as good
